1. About these terms

These terms apply to HeroBotsAi (herobotsai.com), run by Finco, Hanzeboulevard 1113, 3829 EW Hooglanderveen, Utrecht, The Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 77251954. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy. Questions: admin@herobotsai.com.

2. What HeroBotsAi does

HeroBotsAi offers AI trading heroes: software that analyses markets with AI models and suggests or places trades, plus tools such as Autopilot, squads, duels, alerts and a practice wallet. HeroBotsAi is a software tool, not a bank, broker or investment adviser. Nothing on the site is personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

3. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and allowed to trade the products you choose where you live. One account per person. Keep your password and sign-in methods safe and tell us at admin@herobotsai.com if you suspect misuse. The shared demo account is a practice sandbox only.

4. Trading risk

Trading crypto, forex, metals, stocks and ETFs, especially with leverage, is high risk. You can lose your whole stake, and with cross margin your whole exchange balance. AI analysis can be wrong, prices can gap, and exchanges can delay or reject orders. Past results, including the heroes' verified real-money results, don't guarantee future returns.

You decide whether to trade and are responsible for every order placed on your account, including "own decision" trades and orders placed by Autopilot settings you turned on.

5. Connected exchanges

When you connect an exchange or broker, orders are placed on your own account there, under that provider's terms. Create API keys with trading rights only, never with withdrawal rights. We store keys encrypted and only use them to place, manage and check the orders you asked for. We are not responsible for the exchange's own outages, fees, liquidations or decisions.

6. Practice wallet and trading balance

The practice wallet uses play money on live prices; practice trades are never real and are never shown as results.

The HeroBotsAi trading balance is a test balance until HeroBotsAi holds the required licence and approval from its payment providers. Until then only test payments work and balance trades are simulated. The Balance page always shows which mode applies.

7. Fees and payments

No subscription and no upfront fee. Commission: 0.2% of position size when a real trade opens and 0.1% when it closes, plus a share of the profit on winning trades only: 10% for a return up to +10%, 15% from +10% to +30%, and 20% above +30%. Higher ranks (Hero, Legend, Mythic) get 10–20% off commission.

Commission is paid from prepaid fee credit (new accounts get $5) or, if you choose, through a monthly statement. Payments run through Stripe, PayPal or NOWPayments. Checkout shows whether VAT is included or added.

8. Refunds and your right to cancel

If you live in the EU you can cancel a fee-credit purchase within 14 days and we refund the unused part. By using credit straight away you agree that credit already used can't be refunded. Trading balance withdrawals follow the steps on the Balance page: your original payments are refunded first, and any remainder is paid by bank transfer.

9. Fair use

Don't misuse the platform: no attempts to manipulate or jailbreak the AI, no scraping, reverse engineering, overloading or getting around our security, no fake accounts or referral abuse, and no money laundering or other illegal activity. Our AI shield blocks attempts to manipulate the AI, and we may suspend or block accounts that break these rules.

10. Prize draws and perks

Prize draws, such as the Dubai trip, follow their own official rules at https://herobotsai.com/prize-draw-rules. Referral bonuses, ranks and perks are promotional and have no cash value unless stated otherwise.

11. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep HeroBotsAi online but can't promise it is always available or error-free. Market data and AI providers can be delayed or unavailable. We may change, add or remove features.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, lost profit, or losses caused by exchanges, brokers, or data or AI providers. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

13. Ending your account

You can stop at any time and delete your account under Account → "Delete my account" (after closing real-money positions, withdrawing your balance and paying open fees). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, and we tell you why unless the law forbids it.

14. Intellectual property

The site, software, hero characters and artwork belong to Finco. The heroes are original, fictional characters. You may use the site for your own trading, but not copy or resell it.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.

16. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, but as a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country and may also go to your local court. Please contact admin@herobotsai.com first: we aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.
